    Tickets where purchased for myself and my other friends by another friend under their account. I was not able to attend. My ticket was previously showing under my account but now it is not. Now I would l like to apply my unused ticket to a new ticket.

    Ugh, I'm so bummed to hear you weren’t able to visit Walt Disney World as planned. I’m sure that must have been super disappointing. But, the good news is it looks like you have a new trip planned for some time in the future. How exciting! The fun never stops at Walt Disney World, so whenever you visit is sure to be an incredible time to enjoy the magic.

    Now, let’s talk about your unused theme park tickets so you can be on your way to the adventure of a lifetime! Your unused theme park tickets have expired, which is why they would no longer show in your My Disney Experience account. However, the value of the tickets remains valid under your account and can be used toward a future ticket purchase. Currently, there is no way to use the tickets online, so you will need to call the Existing Tickets team at (407) 934-7639. One of the many fabulous Cast Members on this team will be happy to help you with this.

    Brittany, if you end up visiting any time before March 31st, 2023, you will get to be a part of Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration. It's such a unique and special time to visit, with so many new things to see and enjoy. Make sure you leave time to enjoy the new nighttime spectacular Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park. This incredible show will leave you breathless as the fireworks and EARidescent projections light up Cinderella Castle and Main Street, U.S.A. It really is such a magical show!
