Good news! You should be able to easily add the tickets you’ve purchased to your
Disneyland Mobile App using the ticket number. However you receive your tickets, they will include this number. To link the tickets to your app, navigate to the (☰) at the bottom right corner of the screen in your Disneyland app. Click “My Tickets and Passes,” then the (+) in the top right of the screen. From there, click “Link Tickets & Passes” and then “Type ID.” Type in the digits, and your pass should appear in your app.
If you’re having trouble registering the ticket in the app, ensure you use the ticket number, not the confirmation number. This has caused some confusion in the past.
While you’re in the app, check out all it has to offer. You will save loads of time by
mobile ordering food and checking to see which of your favorite attractions have short wait times. Not sure what time your favorite show starts? The app has all the info for you.
