I had tickets purchased for March 2020 and the park was closed down. How do I get my credit to purchase replacement tickets for December of this year?

    Hello there, Danielle!

It is a pleasure to welcome you to planDisney! Thank you for visiting us today with your very first question. You have come to the right place for tips and advice as you plan your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort adventure!

Theme park tickets impacted by the temporary closure of the Walt Disney World Resort were extended to use any date through September 26, 2021. If you could not use your tickets by September 26, 2021, they expired, and now you cannot view them in your Disney account. Although you cannot see them anymore, they are still linked to your account. To apply the value of a wholly unused theme park ticket toward the purchase of park admission for a future visit, please call (407) 934-7639, and Cast Members will be glad to assist you. Before buying new tickets, be sure to check Theme Park Reservation Availability to plan your visit dates accordingly, and make Disney Park Pass reservations after linking new tickets to your Disney account.

I hope this information is helpful, Danielle. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, we are delighted to help!

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
