Dennis, sometimes I find that signing out, and then back into, my
Disney account usually does the trick. I also recommend switching platforms. For example, if you linked your tickets on the
mobile app, switch over to the
Disneyland website, on a desktop, or vice versa.
If that doesn’t solve the issue and you are still running into difficulties linking your tickets, I recommend
calling the Ticket Service line. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help navigate through this
tumbleweed. In the meantime, please
