For the tickets purchased, do the individual's name need to match the one on the e-ticket? What if someone in the party can't make it on that day, can we replace them with someone else who can? If so, how can we change the name?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Van!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we consider it an honor to help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! We KNOW you are going to have the most MAGICAL time!

What a great question! AND...I am so excited that I have a GREAT answer you are going to L-O-V-E! I am very happy to inform you that you do not have to change the name on a Disneyland Theme Park Ticket in order for another person to use that specific ticket! When your party arrives at the one of the Disneyland Theme Parks, a Cast Member will then take a picture of each person using a specific ticket. From there, the ticket will then be attached to the person on the picture, not the name on the ticket. WOO HOO! Don't you just love happy endings?!

I sure hope this TIGGER-ific information helps you in your planning! Just know Mickey Mouse and his pals are working really hard to ensure you truly enjoy your day at the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! Also, updates are constantly being made! In order to keep up with the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I would highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and make sure you subscribe to The Disney Park Blog for the most up-to-date information on all things DISNEY!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are just a question away!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
