We have tickets purchased to Disneyland for this weekend. What is the refund policy?

    Hello Sarah,

Thanks for coming to see us here at planDisney!

One key piece of information to share about tickets to the theme parks at the Disneyland Resort is that the theme park tickets are nonrefundable. You can always check out the the details for ticket terms and conditions  when you're purchasing your tickets.

It's also helpful to know that you have some options for using your theme park tickets in the future if you don't use them as you originally planned.

You can use the tickets for future visits, keeping in mind that the type of ticket and the ticket tier might have days for which the ticket is not valid for admission. If the tickets you have purchased are multi-day tickets, they will have some expiration terms based on when you purchased them. For example, multi-day tickets purchased today can be used until January 12, 2023, or within 13 days of when you first use them for theme park entry, whichever of those dates would come first.

Another helpful piece of information to share is that, should your tickets go unused such that they expire, the amount you paid for the tickets can be used towards purchasing new tickets.

Sarah, you can get help with any specific questions about the theme park tickets you purchased by calling the Disneyland Resort tickets team at (714) 781-4636 and speaking with a Cast Member.

Here's wishing you lots of fun when you visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Sarah, please let us know here at planDisney if you'd like any suggestions or tips as you make your plans to enjoy the Disneyland Resort theme parks.

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
