    I had tickets that I purchased on my account and they are not there. Why?

    Angela, if you purchased your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets online via your account, they should automatically link to your My Disney Experience account. However, occasionally, you may find that they need to be manually linked to your account instead.

    Please find your confirmation number or purchase confirmation e-mail and then visit this link to manually link your theme park tickets to your account.

    If this doesn’t work, your theme park tickets may have expired or been moved to someone else on your Family & Friends list. You can view a full list of all theme park tickets linked to your account by visiting this page, Angela.
