I have tickets for Pride Night, and one of my group members can no longer make it due to a family emergency. Can I take a different friend in replace? I don't want the ticket to go to waste.

Hi, Desiree. Welcome to planDisney! I am glad you've stopped by.

You must be so excited for your Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite! event coming up in a couple of weeks. This fun and festive event at the Disneyland Resort is sold out, so I understand that you do not want your extra ticket to go to waste. The good news, Desiree, is that you can certainly use the ticket to bring another pal. If you assigned a name during the purchasing process that name is really for your convenience so you can tell the difference between multiple tickets in your Disneyland Mobile App. The name on the ticket does not need to be changed to match the person using it. When you scan the ticket on the night of the event, a Cast Member will take a photo of the Guest using the ticket and they will be good to go. Please remember that, like all Disneyland Special Event Tickets, Pride Nite tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.

Don't forget that your Pride Nite ticket also gives you admission to Disneyland Park three hours before the party starts. You and your friends can enter the park as early as 6:00 PM! This means plenty of time to shop, take pictures, and grab a bite to eat. And the Disney Parks Blog just released the Pride Month Foodie Guide, which I hope you check out before you visit!

Desiree, I hope you and your pals have a fantastic time at Pride Nite. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    See ya real soon,
    Melissa
