I am so glad that you asked where to find
Guest Relations as this is exactly the place where you'll find Cast Members to help you with those 1996 tickets. You'll find Guest Relations just outside each theme park, each water park, as well as at
Disney Springs (which does not require a ticket for entry), and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Even guests visiting
EPCOT through the International Gateway entrance will find Guest Relations just outside that entrance, too.
If you happen to arrive before the day you're planning on visiting a park, consider a visit to Guest Relations at Disney Springs. This will enable you to take care of your ticket situation without cutting into the time you'd like to spend in the park. With so much to see and do--and taste--at Disney Springs, you'll add some magic to your trip before even stepping into a theme park. If staying at a
Walt Disney World Resort hotel, just take the WDW bus to Disney Springs. If driving and parking, the Lime Garage is closest, but the Orange Garage is close as well.
If you'll be heading directly to a theme park, you can
Find Guest Relations using any of the maps provided. Don't forget that you can also access maps with walking directions using the
My Disney Experience App. We find that app to be so very helpful when trying to find something specific while touring such as the closest bathroom, a particular shop, or even where to find a new show. So easy!
