I can see my tickets but how can I get them on my phone to scan when I enter the park. We are not staying on the property and I do not have a band or card ?

    Hi, James! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh my popcorn buckets! You'll be at the Walt Disney World Resort in only three days! Let's jump right in and make sure your tickets are all squared away!

James, we're off to a really good start since you can see your tickets in your My Disney Experience account. Now, we just need to make them available on your phone, which is really easy to do with Disney's MagicMobile service! Just open the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone and click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. On the next page, click on the Disney MagicMobile tile (you may need to log in again). Then, follow the prompts to create your pass and save it to your phone's electronic wallet. And you're done! You should see your Disney MagicMobile pass right there!

When you arrive at the theme park, all you need to do is hold your phone (or Apple Watch) up to the touchpoint. If you have express mode enabled, you won't even need to call up the pass unless you're using your phone for multiple Guests. It's super quick and very convenient!

If you'd like to have an Admission Card in hand as a backup, you can just stop by Guest Relations with your email confirmation and photo ID to pick one up for free. It never hurts to have another option available in case things go a little sideways.

James, I really had fun trying out Disney MagicMobile for the first time last weekend, and I think you will, too! I love how Disney is giving us lots of ways to make our vacation experience our own.

Thank you so much for stopping by with your question! I hope you have an amazing Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and do come see us again real soon!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
