I have 2 tickets, but the person that was going with me cancelled. Can I use one ticket and go on my own and use the second ticket go another day on my own again and make a new reservation?

    Hello there, Antonia!

I’m glad you brought your Disneyland Resort question to planDisney. It sounds like your pixie-dusted adventure is just around the corner, so I hope you’re getting excited for all the magic that awaits you!

Yes, you can certainly cancel the theme park reservation that was made for the person who isn’t able to join you any longer. Log into your account on Disneyland.com and visit “Ticket and Reservation Details” under the “My Disneyland” tab. You can also make changes on the home screen of the Disneyland mobile app under the “Ticket and Reservation Details” heading by tapping “Learn More” and then “View My Park Reservations.” Since you’ll be visiting the theme parks in person soon, I suggest you stop by a Main Entrance Ticket Booth to have the ticket transferred to your name so you’ll be ready to make a new reservation for yourself using that second ticket.

I hope this helps, Antonia, and that you enjoy a practically perfect visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! If you have any other planning questions, please feel free to ask before your trip begins!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
