    Tickets for party of 7. I have them registered on my phone and have made park reservation which they can see on their phones. But my family and friends do not have the park tickets on their phone. What an I doing wrong? Help please.

    Hey Howdy Hey Alan and welcome to planDisney!

    I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with your My Disney Experience app seeing all available tickets purchased and reservations made. I will be happy to give you a little help to iron out these details so you can get back to the fun of planning your trip!

    My first big suggestion is to go online and verify the upcoming steps on your My Disney Experience account rather than on the app. I have had several times where the app was not always accurate so far out from my vacation but online everything was precise. 

    It sounds like you were the one to make the purchases and reservations so this works great. Once you log onto your account, scroll down until you see the heading "My Planning Party" where you will see all the shared accounts you have plans with. As long as the members you are looking for are there, you are heading in the right direction. To verify everyone's tickets, keep scrolling until you get to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. Look for the heading "My Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" and click on that one. 

    Once you get to the "My Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" section, you should see the tickets you purchased and all the members of your party that you have assigned the tickets to. If the tickets are not yet assigned, you can do so there from the drop-down menu on the right side of the screen. You can also manage the tickets of profiles you manage such as any children in the party right from there. As long as things look good, the last step is ensuring everything is booked accordingly. 

    Go back to the "Daily Itinerary" section of your "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section of your My Disney Experience account and scroll through. You should see all of your theme park tickets and reservations for the park you booked as well as all of the members of your party below the reservation. As long as you are seeing here what you intended for planning, you should be all set on your end. 

    At times, the My Disney Experience app may need a little refresh to catch up on plans and updates. If you are still having issues with the members of your party being able to see everything you booked, they may have to log out of their app and log back in. It might even take them uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to get things up and running. The good news is you have plenty of time to get things ironed out before August!
