Sounds like you’re utilizing
Disney MagicMobile Service. This is a great resource because it allows you another way to access and keep up with your tickets.
My first suggestion would be to sign out of the
My Disney Experience mobile app, then sign back in. Sometimes our devices need a quick refresh! You’ll also want to confirm that the digital wallet on your phone is fully set up and ready for additions.
Next, go to your “Family and Friends List” under “My Profile” and go to the guest’s name whose ticket isn’t coming up for Disney MagicMoble. Under their name do you see the words “Plans Managed by Me”? If you don’t, this person might have their own My Disney Experience account! If they do have their own account, it’d be best for them to add Disney MagicMobile through their own phone.
If you do see the words “Plans Managed by Me”, there’s one more thing we can triple check. Head to the “Tickets and Passes” section of the app and confirm that this guest’s ticket is linked. One of the requirements to use Disney MagicMobile is having valid Theme Park admission before being able to add the pass. If you’re not seeing their ticket, you’ll want to try re-linking it.
