Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets and your
Disney Park Pass system theme park reservations all set. I can imagine how excited you are for your visit to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" and all the experiences at Walt Disney World Resort.
It sounds like you made theme park reservations for the Guests in your party, and now when you look in the My Plans area of your
My Disney Experience account, you're seeing Guest names that you don't expect to see based on how the
theme park tickets are assigned.
My best suggestion is to have the friendly and talented tech experts with the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk look at the issue with you. You can call the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357, and you can also
chat with them online.
You can easily create theme park reservations through the Disney Park Pass system, and you can easily cancel theme park reservations for selected Guests in the
My Plans area of your My Disney Experience account. There isn't a way, though, to directly change the names on a theme park reservation you have made because the theme park reservations you make with the Disney Park Pass system can't be modified.
