Hi Patty!
Hooray for already having both your theme park tickets and Disney Park Pass reservations made. You are a planner just like me. I love that you have a Walt Disney World vacation on the horizon...let the countdown officially begin!
While being at park opening and staying all day until the park closes is quite fun, for most it’s simply not feasible. But I’ve got excellent news for you: you absolutely can leave the park and return to that same park later in that day on the same
Disney Park Pass reservation. One of my favorite things is to visit a theme park in the morning, head back to our Walt Disney World Resort for some pool time, and then go back to the parks after that midday refresher.
What’s even better than one park per day? Try two parks (or even more for the really adventurous)! When the Park Hopper® feature resumes in January, with those tickets you could leave your first park and hop to the second one after 2:00 PM until park close. Updated Park Hopper® hours can soon be found at
this link and the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Please keep in mind that hours are subject to change depending on the day and park and will be subject to the park’s capacity limitations.
Please don’t hesitate to hop back to planDisney if you think of more planning questions. Wishing you a wonderful vacation at the Most Magical Place of Earth!
