Hey there, Johana. Welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for bringing your great question to us. I’m sorry to hear you were exposed to Covid-19 at work and need to be in quarantine. As a Registered Nurse who worked through the pandemic in a large metropolitan hospital, I greatly appreciate you taking the proper precautions to reduce the spread of Covid-19.
Hakuna Matata, Johana. You can cancel your
theme park reservations (as soon as possible to kindly give other Guests the opportunity to visit the parks). Reservations can be cancelled until 11:59 PM on the day before your scheduled visit. You can then reschedule your visit to another date after your quarantine completes. If you’re unavailable to visit the
Disneyland Resort anytime soon, that’s okay too! Be sure to check your tickets’ expiration date. If you purchased them since Disneyland Resort reopened in April 2021, your tickets’ expiration date is likely in December 2022 or January 2023. Hopefully, you’ll be able to
return to a land of Magic well before then!
If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again. I wish you speedy recovery, Johana! Take care of yourself and your loved ones.
See ya real soon,
Kiki
