Hey there, Rachelle! Welcome to planDisney!
Let me start by giving you some props! You have gotten your Disney Vacation ticketed, linked, reserved, and you are sprinting towards Home! You'll be there before you know it. Navigating the Theme Parks with a family can be tricky, especially during this upcoming Spring Break season at Disney World, so I completely understand your desire for everyone to have a ticket to manage.
Rachelle, you can pick up your physical tickets - which look a lot like credit cards - at a Ticket Window outside any of the
Theme Parks or at the
Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs. To pick up your Theme Park Tickets you will need to have your
My Disney Experience mobile app handy. It is also helpful to have the credit card used to purchase the tickets, the person who purchased the tickets, and a photo ID with you just in case the Cast Member needs to verify anything. Since you would like to pick them up before your park days, I suggest heading to the Ticket Center in Disney Springs the day before. Transportation to Disney Springs is a breeze whether you are driving or riding the Disney bus, and the service at the Ticket Center has always been great in my experience. Since you’ll already be in
Disney Springs, be sure to grab a snack from
Goofy’s Candy Company or a quick meal from
D-Luxe Burger.
MagicBands can also be used as tickets. MagicBands are usually worn on your wrist like a watch and in my opinion, are easier to keep up with than ticket cards. MagicBands are available through
ShopDisney for an additional fee - or the
My Disney Experience account if you are staying with a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel package - and come in a variety of styles. This way, everyone gets to pick a band that feels unique to them. The best part is that if you have MagicBands from previous trips, they will work too!
I hope this helps, Rachelle! Soon you’ll be immersed in the magic of Walt Disney World!
To Infinity and Beyond,
PG
