Hey there, Rhonda!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney. You’re only a few sleeps away from your vacay. So, let’s not waste any time getting your hands on your theme park tickets.
If you have purchased your theme park tickets through Walt Disney World, you can find them via your My Disney Experience account on the desktop site or in the
My Disney Experience app. Log in to the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner, and select “My Tickets and Passes.” There, any of your theme park tickets or annual passes should appear. You can scan these digital tickets when entering the theme park, add them to your digital wallet, or use a linked
MagicBand+.
Don’t see your tickets? Click the plus sign in the upper right corner to link your tickets and passes using an ID number. You can find your ticket ID number or confirmation number in a transaction email sent by Disney. If you purchased your tickets directly through Disney but you don’t see an email, check your spam folder. You can link your tickets, especially if you purchased via a third party, using the
Online Linking Tool as well.
AN EXTRA GEM: Depending on your ticket type, you may need to make theme park reservations in order to tap into the magic. Date-based tickets don’t require them. However, if you are using another type of ticket, you can
make theme park reservations online or in the My Disney Experience app.
Rhonda, I hope that you’ve included a visit to the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. It begins on January 16; just in time for your trip. The local and international artists showing off their best Disney-inspired art makes it one of my favorite festivals of the year. If you have more questions about your upcoming visit,
give us a holler here at planDisney.
Magic always,
LeAndra
