If I had tickets for a one day pass in April, how and when can I rebook them for a new date? I didn’t receive an email yet.

    Hello Jenny!

Great name by the way!  Like Sebastian told Ariel, "The human world is a mess".   I can see why you are anxious to escape it and head to The Most Magical Place on Earth for a little dose of pixie-dust.  I am impatiently trying to plan a visit as well.   I am very happy to help you out today.

If you have a one day theme park ticket in your possesion, I encourage you to link it to your My Disney Experience account.   Once you do this you will be able to utilize the new Disney Park Pass system to pick a day you would like to use your ticket and visit a Walt Disney World Theme Park.   If you currently do not have a Disney Resort hotel reservation your window for making a theme park reservation will begin on June 28, 2020.   You will need to log into your My Disney Experience account from a web browser not the My Disney Experience mobile app in order to make your reservation.

Jenny, please keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as they are constantly updating the site with the latest and greatest information about Disney Parks around the globe.  I often check the blog each morning as I sip my coffee.  It just begins my day on a magical note.   Now I encourage you to not be a guppy and swim on over to the Disney Parks Moms Panel anytime you have another question.   We've got the answers (along with a few whozits and whatzits and often times a dinglehopper or two).

    Dream as Dreamers Do,

    Jen
