Welcome to planDisney, Sue! Thanks so much for swinging by with your question today.
Along with your
valid admission, you will also need a
Disney Park Pass reservation to enter a Theme Park at Walt Disney World Resort on your upcoming trip this summer. The Disney Park Pass system, which has been in place since 2020, is a simple and easy way to organize your plans and ensure your entry to the Theme Park of your choice.
You can make a Disney Park Pass reservation using the
My Disney Experience app by tapping the plus sign at the bottom of the screen and selecting "Make or Modify Park Reservations". From that screen, you can check availability for the dates you're planning to visit and select the Theme Park you want to go to. Once you have selected and confirmed your choice, you're good to go! You can also modify your selection at any time if your plans change, which is one of the reasons I love this flexible system. If you have a ticket with the Park Hopper Option, you can visit another Theme Park beginning at 2 p.m., and you do not need a second reservation for this. You can just tap your
MagicBand+ or scan your ticket at the entry point and walk right in!
Have a magical day, Sue!
