Hiya, Pedro Luiz!
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your dining question. How exciting that you’ll be visiting with such a large group! Sharing a meal with family and friends always makes the experience even more magical, especially when Chip ’n’ Dale, Mickey Mouse, and their pals stop by your table for hugs, photos, signatures, and so much fun
.
Now, Pedro Luiz, let’s jump right into your question! Whenever my family and friends are in town, I know how tricky it can be to find one dining reservation for everyone. For a group this size, I usually have the most luck splitting everyone into two smaller reservations.
I did a little digging, and it looks like
Garden Grill Restaurant may allow up to 10 Guests on one reservation. Of course, this can change depending on availability. Some restaurants, like
Biergarten Restaurant, may be able to accommodate larger groups, but Garden Grill can be a little more challenging.
For Garden Grill Restaurant, I recommend searching for one reservation for 10 Guests and another for seven Guests at approximately the same time, ensuring there is not a large gap between the two reservations. Splitting your party up even further may give you a much better chance of finding availability. I would also make the reservations for your full party of 17. It is generally easier to remove a Guest from a reservation later than it is to add another seat.
Keep in mind that the two reservations will need to be booked under two different Guests in the
My Disney Experience app. On the day of your meal, I highly recommend arriving about 15 minutes early and letting the Cast Members know that your reservations are traveling together. Although seating the entire group together or at nearby tables cannot be guaranteed, the friendly Cast Members will do their best to accommodate your request.
Lastly, be ready to make your
dining reservations as soon as your 60-day booking window opens. Reserving as early as possible will give you the best chance of finding two reservations at similar times.
Pedro Luiz, I hope this helps you plan a memorable meal for your group! If you have any additional questions, feel free to stop by again.
See you real soon!
