    We have tickets for November but I can’t seem to see them when I log in, am I doing it wrong?

    Hello, Tasha and welcome to planDisney, we thank you for this question!

    Visiting the Disneyland Resort in November places you in one of the jolliest seasons, in my opinion, with all the Disneyland Resort Holiday Festivities and Decorations, how exciting!

    Tasha, I believe the reason you are not seeing your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets is that they may not be linked to your Disney account. Don’t worry, I will guide you through the steps with your Disney account online, and with your Disneyland Mobile App – you can select which way you want to link your tickets. We have to do this so you can begin your planning in your Disney account using the My Disneyland planning area.

    To link Disneyland Resort theme park tickets to your Disney account from your desktop:
    1. Sign in to your Disney account and select My Disneyland on the top right of the page.
    2. On your planning page please select Link Tickets and you will be directed to a page that says Please Enter Your Ticket or Pass Number with directions on how to find this number on your tickets to enter it manually.

    To link Disneyland Resort theme park tickets to your Disneyland Mobile App:
    1. Open the Disneyland Mobile App and on the Home Screen look for and tap on the three stacked lines on the bottom right which will take you to your Welcome Tasha page which is your planning area.
    2. Please tap on Tickets and Passes (you will be asked to sign in) and then you will see blue vertical bar codes with Link Tickets & Passes beneath, tap there.
    3. You will have the option to either scan the barcode for each ticket or you can enter the ticket ID number found on the back of each ticket, manually, one at a time.

    Tasha, once your tickets are linked, please proceed to make your Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations as this is the system in place at this time for visiting the theme parks.

    Don’t forget to make your Disneyland Dining Reservations 60-days from your arrival.

    Update the Payment Method in the Disneyland Mobile App by adding up to 6 methods of payment including Disney Gift Cards to manage all app transactions. One of my favorites is the Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering which is so convenient.

    After you enter your reserved theme park, using the Disneyland Mobile App you can opt into the Disney Genie+ service which will save you time in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance by being able to select an arrival window for such attractions. If you purchase the Disney Genie+ service, you will enjoy unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass Service attraction photos and Magic Shots from your day!
