Hi Anayeli! Welcome to planDisney.
Like you, I had Disney theme park tickets I was unable to use in 2020, and, just like you, I'm making plans for my big comeback! I'm glad to hear you're starting to plan your return to the Disneyland Resort and am happy to help you figure out the ticket situation so you can begin to do your Disney dreaming.
There are so many different types of tickets, so the best place to start is on the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations webpage. Scroll all the way down to the bottom; under "Modifications & Cancellations," you will find a list of ticket types and their new expiration dates. Hopefully, the Disneyland theme park ticket you have matches one of these and you'll be able to easily find your answer.
If you have a different type of ticket, I recommend reaching out to a Cast Member for some help. I'm hearing that the best way to reach a Cast Member right now is through the
Disneyland mobile app, where you'll find a "Chat Now" feature. You may also
call the Tickets helpline at (714) 781-4636 or
send an email to Guest Relations.
Once you have your ticket identified and know what the expiration date is, be sure to make Theme Park Reservations for the date(s) you plan to visit the Disneyland Resort. As part of the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, reservations are required. I recommend reading the latest information about the phased reopening on the
Returning to a Land of Magic webpage and following the
Disney Parks Blog on your favorite social media channels for news and features about the Disney Parks.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, and please come back and see us if you think of any questions as you make your plans.
Wishing you a dreamy Disneyland day,
Robyn
