    My tickets are not uploaded with my Costco hotel package at Swan. Hotel is showing on My Dis Experience

    Greetings Tina, thank you for consulting planDisney.

    Staying at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel will place you in a convenient location near Disney's BoardWalk area between Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. I am glad that your hotel reservation is showing in your My Disney Experience account. Now let us try to link your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets as well.

    Tina, if you have any type of confirmation from Costco please check to see if they provided you with theme park ticket barcodes or ID numbers. If you have actual theme park ticket cards please check the back of the cards for any ID numbers. If you have any such numbers then we can try to link the tickets to your My Disney Experience app by doing the following:

    1. Open your My Disney Experience app and look for the three stacked lines on the bottom of the Home Screen.
    2. The next page will show many fields, one of which will read “Tickets and Passes” tap on this.
    3. On the “Tickets and Passes” page on the top right look for the “+” symbol and tap that which will open the “Link Tickets & Passes” option. Please tap that.
    4. The next page will show two buttons, “Ticket or Pass” and “Room with Tickets” for you to choose from. If you see an ID number on your tickets then select the “Ticket or Pass” or you can try “Room with Tickets” and use the reservation number given to you by Costco for your stay at Walt Disney World Swan Hotel.
    5. You will have the option to either enter the ID Code of the theme park tickets, or you can Scan the Code on the back of the tickets one at a time.

    If this is unsuccessful, Tina, please contact Walt Disney World Resort "My Disney Experience and MagicBands" for assistance where they should be able to provide you with a theme park ticket ID number which you can use to link your theme park tickets using the steps above. Once those theme park tickets are linked you can proceed to make your Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations.
