Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question. After such a long closure, I was so excited to hear that Disneyland Resort will be reopening for California Residents at the end of this month!
I am so sorry to hear that you have been having trouble making
Theme Park Reservations. Let's see if we can get you back on track and back at the Happiest Place on Earth! My first recommendation would be to try linking your existing Theme Park Tickets to your Disney Account, either on the Disneyland Resort Website or using the Mobile App.
If you are using the
Disneyland website, once you log in to your
Disney Account take a look at the top right hand corner and click on the "My Disneyland" tab. Hover over that and scroll down to the "Link Ticket" tab. From there follow the prompts to link your existing Theme Park Tickets. Once your Theme Park Tickets are linked, you will be ready to make your Theme Park Reservations.
If you choose to use the
Disneyland App, click on "Park Reservations" and then "Make and Manage Reservations". This will direct you to the Theme Park Reservation System that can be found on the official Disneyland Resort Website where you can select "Book Theme Park Tickets" to follow the prompts in order to get your reservations all set up.
If this doesn't solve the problem, I would suggest calling Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be happy to help fix your Theme Park Ticket issue.
