My tickets are no longer showing up on my acct? And I had 5 people. 4 people with one remaining visit, and one with two remaining visits.

Hey there, Daisy! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you dropping by with your ticket question.

I'm so sorry to hear that your tickets have seemed to disappear from your account. That is frustrating. I, unfortunately, do not have access to your account or information to be able to try to troubleshoot this for you, but I do have an idea as to why this may have happened.

My first thought is that your tickets may have expired. I am not sure when you activated and used your tickets, however standard multi-day tickets must be used within 13 days after the first day that you activated the tickets. You can find this information stated in the eTicket Terms and Conditions. So if you used these tickets more than two weeks ago, unfortunately, they are no longer valid. The only tickets these terms would not apply to would be for special offer tickets, such as Disney Military Tickets or the California Resident Tickets that were recently released. That could be why you no longer see them on your account.

If your tickets were used more recently than 2 weeks ago, then there may have been some sort of mix-up with your account.

Either way, the best way to know for sure why your tickets have fallen off your account is to reach out to Ticket Services. This way a Cast Member will be able to pull up your account and hopefully find the exact reason your tickets are no longer showing up.

Daisy, I really hope you are able to come to a conclusion as to why your tickets are no longer showing up on your account. Please come back and visit us again if you have any other planning questions!

Meet the Panelist: Carrie, California

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
