We have tickets with no expiration, last year were told go to guest services, did not work to well. They only would check 5 cards at a time. Is there a Disney store or place we could go before our trip in April to see what is left on these tks

Hi, Donna!   I am so sorry you had a difficult time checking your tickets.   When you go down for your next vacation, I suggest going to check during a time that is not very busy so you can get all the attention a Disney Guest certainly deserves!

Over the weekend, I took my tickets to the Guest Services counter just outside the gates of the Magic Kingdom.  They were able to check my tickets (I had 6 of them!) and I upgraded them.   I did all this in a matter of minutes, so it shouldn't take up much of your time.

I really wish I had a way you could check your tickets before you arrive, but I have never been able to locate a way to do this other than right at WDW.   I did just check my receipt from when I upgraded my tickets, and there is an email address: .   I have never tried this, but you might want to give it a shot and see if you have any luck!    Hope this all works out for you and wishing you a Magical vacation in April!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
