    I have tickets that needed to be rescheduled due to a flight cancellation, received a confirnation number via email, however these ticket dates are not updating on my experience profile and I am not able to do park rwservation for the new dates in august

In this case, my suggestion for you to get assistance with your plans and tickets in your My Disney Experience account is to reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk by calling them at (407) 939-4357. You could also connect with Cast Members for assistance through the online chat service.
