i have 2 tickets that I need transfered to another person that I have not used please

Hi James, and welcome to planDisney!

Change happens, and it is so good to know that Walt Disney World Resort can help make the necessary accommodations for their guests. I have had to make many changes, and thankfully with My Disney Experience, it is always an easy process.

You can reassign tickets to another guest in your party as long as the tickets have not been used and the new guests are included on your Family & Friends list before you make the change. Log into your My Disney Experience account, locate the tickets you want to have reassigned, and choose “Reassign Ticket.”

We want to help you continue to plan your upcoming stay; please let us know if you have additional questions.

    Have a magical experience!
