Greetings, Beatriz! Thanks for visiting us at planDisney with your question. I’m happy to help you with information to adjust your plans.
To make a new reservation, you’ll have to cancel your current reservation first. You might want to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar first to see if your new desired date is available in case that influences your decision to cancel your plans on April 21!
To cancel a reservation, log in to your
Disneyland account, go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations, and click Cancel Reservation for the one you'd like to cancel.
Once you're ready to make a new reservation, go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, and select Make Park Reservations.
Typically,
tickets have a long runway to reuse them. One-day tickets purchased in 2022 are valid through December 30, 2023. Unused multi-day tickets purchased in 2022 will not expire until January 12, 2024. So, even if you cancel your plans for April 21 without making a new park reservation for now, that is ok. Your tickets will remain tied to your Disneyland account, and you can come back and make a new reservation when you are ready.
Wishing you the best of luck to change your plans in a way that works best for you, Beatriz. If you have any more questions, come back and see us again, we're all EARS!
The magic awaits,
Kamini
