Hi Kimberle!
Welcome BACK to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're excited that you're making a return visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, and we want to help you maximize all of your fun.
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is very popular, especially so on Halloween night, October 31. This night does tend to sell out soon after this special event tickets go on sale as many guests love being able to trick-or-treat in Magic Kingdom Park. And with tons of candy, costumes and characters, I can see why!
I definitely share your weather-related concerns as wet shoes are not fun on a regular Disney Day, but a wet costume that you've spent hours piecing together is the worst. The good news I can share is that this time of year isn't usually as rainy; any rain that does happen is usually in the afternoon and is over almost as soon as it starts. And the fun won't end during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for just a bit of rain. Attractions will still operate, the parade will still perform and fireworks will still light up the night sky. There might be a bit of a delayed schedule, and you might have to pack a poncho, but the fun (and candy!) will still go on.
