I have 2 tickets to MNSSHP for 9/17. Due to health concerns, my doctor has suggested that I reschedule my WDW trip. I am now going in mid-November. Is there any way to exchange my Halloween party tix for Xmas party tix? Who would I call to help me? Thanks!

Hi Julieanne! I am sorry to hear you have to delay your Disney vacation but hopefully things will work out that you can come later this fall.

The tickets you purchase for these special event Magic Kingdom parties are non refundable. You can certainly try calling to see if you can exchange them for the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party but I don't want to keep your hopes up for this to happen. As you can imagine if everyone needed to exchange or refund Disney would never know how many tickets or guests would indeed be attending on any specific night.

Your best bet is to do this in person however, that doesn't sound like it is possible. In the past I have tried to give them extra tickets for a sold out party as I was not going to use them all and they actually insisted I get a refund. However, they also said they would do this only once and are very strict with the policies. Call Guest Relations and ask to speak to a manager if possible. Explain the situation and offer a doctor's note if needed. Hopefully you will get some assistance. The number for Guest Relations is 407-824-4321.
