Hello there! Welcome to planDisney, Emily. It’s always great to help a fellow New Yorker plan their Walt Disney World vacation!
If you ask me, there is never a bad time to visit
Walt Disney World. But, I must say that Halloween is one of my favorite times to experience the magic, with extra special sprinkles of spooky fun at every corner. So, I totally understand wanting to snag tickets to
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Unfortunately, I looked at the dates you mentioned, and it seems the party is all sold out during your visit. I know that’s a bummer, but I’d recommend keeping an eye on the website to see if any additional tickets pop up. While this is unlikely, it never hurts to check!
Now, just because you may not be able to attend the party doesn’t mean you can’t join in on the Halloween fun!
Magic Kingdom has some fabulous Halloween Decorations throughout the park that are sure to get you into the spirit of the season. Be sure to look around for the Mickey-shaped pumpkins and adorable Cinderella pumpkin wreaths. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, you can enjoy some of the special Halloween treats available throughout the parks. If I were you, I’d head straight to
Casey’s Corner to pick up the Pain and Panic Hot Dog and Winifred’s Elixir of Youth. Black tea slushy with kiwi foam, count me in!
I hope I have been helpful to you today, Emily! I know there is a lot to consider as you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so don't forget that your trusty planDisney Panelists are here to help you every step of the way. So, please don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions!
Bye for now,
Diana
