    we have tickets to 'mickey's very merry christmas party" on 12/16/2010....we have dinner reservations at 'liberty tree tavern' at 6:20pm...what time does the parade start? :) thank you!

    Sounds like you have a very exciting evening planned!  I love Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!  

    Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade takes place at 8:15 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.  so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy your dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern and still make one if not both of the parade times.  I usually go to the second parade.  The crowds are less during the second parade and I can enjoy the attractions with even less wait times during the first parade.  You can catch the Holiday Wishes fireworks  at 9:30 p.m.

    If you haven't checked out the link above recently on the Walt Disney World website, you should.   You can explore a Storybook that tells all about the happenings during MVMCP.  My boys LOVE to do!  We did it several times so they could see all the different options - they can change depending on your selections.  It was a lot of fun and a great way to get you in the spirit and ready for the party!
