We have tickets for the very merry Christmas party for nov 10th, we will have our 6yr old and 18mo. What rides are ok for the 18mo to do. Obviously I know roller coaster are off limits is there anything else?

    Hi Ashley,

What a lovely time of year for your visit to Walt Disney World. I love all of the decorations for the winter holidays! Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is one of my favorite events at this time of year. The celebration is delightful, and seeing Magic Kingdom decked for the holidays out at night is truly spectacular.

I have great news for you, Ashley. Your little one will be able to experience many attractions at Magic Kingdom. You are correct, there are some attractions with height requirements. The Disney Parks Blog post that I just linked lists these requirements, and they can also be found on the individual attractions listed on the Magic Kingdom attractions page. If you do not see a height requirement for an attraction, then your little one can experience it!

While some attractions may not be operating during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, you should find many of the most popular ones open. Some of my daughter's favorite attractions when she was a toddler included it's a small world, where she stared with wonder at all of the colorful singing dolls, Peter Pan's Flight to take a ride over Neverland, and Dumbo the Flying Elephant, which is extra gorgeous at night with all of the lights illuminating it.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Ashley! Have a great time planning your magical vacation, and please do let us know if you have any further questions.
