Hello, Samantha! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!
You are certainly not alone in having tickets purchased before the pandemic and not being able to use them yet. That's why the Disneyland Resort automatically extended the expiration date on most tickets purchased before the parks closed. For instance, if you had a one-day ticket that originally expired on December 30, 2020 or March 31, 2021, that expiration date has been extended to December 16, 2021. Or if you had multi-day tickets that expired on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021, you have until December 16, 2021 to use those tickets. Visit the
"Theme Park Tickets and Reservations" page and scroll all the way down to the "Modifications and Cancellations" section to see the new expiration dates for a variety of tickets.
If your tickets are still valid, there are a few steps to complete before planning your trip. First, be sure the tickets are linked to your Disneyland Resort account. You can do this in the
Disneyland app or on the Disneyland Resort website by clicking the "Link Tickets" link under the "My Disneyland" menu. Next, you'll need to
make a theme park reservation for each day you want to visit the parks. If you have Park Hopper tickets, you will make a reservation for the park you want to start at each day. Then at 1:00 p.m., you can hop to the other park.
With your theme park tickets and reservations in place, you are ready to enjoy your time at the Happiest Place on Earth! Have a great time!
