Hey there, Kristin, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question!
Kristin, from your question it looks like you chose to receive your Theme Park Tickets electronically as part of your checkout process. Since you have already received your tickets electronically, there is no way to have them mailed before your arrival date. But Hakuna Matata - it means no worries! if you desire physical Theme Park Tickets, you can receive them once you arrive inside the Walt Disney World “bubble”.
If you are staying in a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel as part of your vacation, you can ask a Front Desk Cast Member to include your Theme Park Tickets on your hotel room key card. Be sure to request a card for each member of your vacation party if you plan to use them as your Theme Park tickets.
If you are not staying in a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel, you can visit a Ticket Window outside any of the Theme Parks or the
Ticket Center in Disney Springs to obtain physical ticket cards. Be sure to bring the credit card used to purchase the tickets, the person who purchased the tickets, and a photo ID with you when you go to pick up your Theme Park tickets. If you would like to obtain your ticket cards before your first park day, I recommend heading to the Ticket Center in Disney Springs. In my experience, the service here is prompt, and you can use the opportunity to explore the fantastic offerings in Disney Springs.
If you’re open to other options to access the Theme Parks, I find that
Disney’s MagicMobile service in the
My Disney Experience mobile app is by far the most convenient - and free - way to access the parks. Disney’s Magic Mobile Service is a contactless option to access many Disney features - like tapping into the Theme Park, charging purchases to your resort folio, and more - right from your phone or AppleWatch with the MagicMobile Pass. You can easily create a MagicMobile pass in your My Disney Experience Mobile App. Open your mobile app and select the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Choose the “Disney MagicMobile” option and complete the remaining prompts to create your MagicMobile Pass. Once created, your pass can be saved in your Apple Wallet for easy access to the Theme Parks by touching your phone or Apple Watch to the Theme Park Entrance touchpoints. As you can see, you don’t actually ever need physical tickets for your trip!
I hope this helps, Kristin. Your Walt Disney World vacation awaits!
Until Next Time,
PG
