If I have my tickets mailed to me, can I still have access to them through the app?

Welcome to planDisney, Ger. Let's get you all set up!

If the tickets you have mailed to you are not automatically linked to your account, you can still link them to the My Disney Experience mobile app. To do this on your computer, simply visit the linking page, click the "Select" button under "Tickets," input your Ticket ID Number, and follow the prompts. To do this through the app itself, click on the 3 horizontal lines (≡) in the bottom right-hand corner, select "My Tickets & Passes," click on the plus (+) in the upper right-hand corner, select "Link Tickets & Passes," click "Type ID," and enter your ID Number in the field under "Admission Media."

Now if you're planning on visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this summer, it's going to be a great one! Not only will Tiana's Bayou Adventure be opening in Magic Kingdom Park on June 28, 2024, but it was just announced that the Country Bears Musical Jamboree will be debuting on July 17, 2024. Frontierland will never be the same! I cannot wait to experience the brand-new music coming from each of these attractions, since it will play such a pivotal role in the experience. And speaking of music, EPCOT is not exactly going to be quiet...especially with today's debut of ¡Celebración Encanto! on the CommuniCore Plaza Stage in the newly opened CommuniCore Plaza! It'll be running until September 6, 2024.

Ger, enjoy your visit, and be sure to reach out again with any other questions!

There's a great, big beautiful tomorrow shining at the end of every day,
    Matt
