Sounds like we have a bit of a mess with your ticket assignments! Hakuna Matata Sophie, this has happened to me a few times in the past and should be an easy fix through your My Disney Experience account, so let's review the steps.
First off, log onto your
My Disney Experience account. Then:
- scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section
- Look for the heading "Tickets & Memory Maker"
- From there you should see the whole travel party and tickets they have linked to them
- From the drop-down menu on the right which says "Reassign Ticket", select the right person for the ticket and so on.
Sounds like you have enough tickets, they were just assigned to the wrong person in the party. Just a reminder that your two-year-old does not need a ticket so you should be set from there. Like many things, technology is great until it does not work, so in the rare case this does not work I would
give Disney a ring at freephone 0800 16 90 1730 and a Cast Member will be happy to help.
One final tip that I have for you is to get familiar with your
My Disney Experience app and all that you can do from your smart device. Not only can you organize your plans from the app, but you can also make
Mobile Order purchases at many food locations throughout Walt Disney World, you can summon
Genie+ to make Lightning Lane selections, navigate your way throughout the parks as well as set up your
MagicMobile pass to make your smart device the only one you need to maximize your trip!
