We have our tickets linked to my Disney experience, but we lost the actual plastic cards in a move, are we okay to go?

    Hi Kathy! Welcome to planDisney.

Your upcoming weekend will be filled with fun at The World's Most Magical Celebration. Be on the lookout for those golden Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make fun and unique photo opportunities to share with family and friends back home. You can find Dory and Nemo to the right of the Tree of Life at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.

Great job in linking your Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience Account. I am assuming you made those Disney Park Pass Reservations currently needed to enter the theme parks, right? Got them? Good!

To enter the theme parks you have three options. First, you can use any active MagicBand or ticket card. In the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you can create a Disney MagicMobile Digital Pass. This is super easy by tapping the "Disney MagicMobile" tab, selecting the guest name, choosing your design, and submitting. Once created, save your new digital pass in your Apple Wallet, Apple Watch, or digital wallet. If using an Apple device I always suggest you set your pass to "Express Mode" which will eliminate the need to unlock your phone for use. And finally, you can stop by any ticket booth located outside of all parks or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs for a complimentary ticket card. Please have proof of purchase, the original form of payment, and a photo identification available.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
