Let’s first start by refreshing your “Tickets and Passes” section of your
My Disney Experience app, swipe down in that section and at the top, you should see a spinning circle to refresh that area. See if your tickets pop up and if they don’t, I suggest signing out of the app, making sure your app is up to date, then sign back in!
Try looking in that “Tickets and Passes” section now. If you’re not seeing the tickets, Hakuna Matata, maybe you need to relink them. You’ll just need to link them using your confirmation number you received when you purchased your tickets. Once you find that email with the confirmation number, select “Link Tickets & Passes”. Under the “Ticket or Pass” banner, add that confirmation number. Then, you should see your tickets under “Tickets and Passes”.
If you’re still having trouble, I suggest calling the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands desk so they can help. It should be a pretty simple fix for them, just make sure to have your confirmation number handy. Also remember to book your
Disney Park Pass reservations as well!
