    Hi Holly,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for the question!

It sounds like you’ve done all the right things! You’ve got the Theme Park tickets with the “Family & Friends List” filled out. You’ve even sent the invitations to the parties involved, you’re that much closer to the magic.

From my experience, when I send someone the plans from my “Family & Friends List”, I’m only sending the plans between me and that individual. But there is a way to allow that individual to see all your plans, even ones they aren’t involved in. Go to your “Family & Friends List” within the My Disney Experience mobile app, select one of the guests that you shared the plans with, then in the middle of the page you should be able to select which plans that individual can see. If “Only Plans We Share” is selected, you’ll want to change this to “All My Plans”. You should do this for all the members of your party who have a My Disney Experience account. Keep in mind, for Disney Resorts Collection hotel or dining reservations you’ll also want to add each of the guests to the reservation within your My Disney Experience mobile app. If you select the reservation, there should be an opportunity for you to add all the guests in your party.

If this doesn’t work, I suggest you reach out to the Walt Disney Travel Company. If you happen to have international calling, you can also talk to the My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. Either should be able to come up with another solution if the above doesn’t work.

In the meantime, have you already selected your Disney Park Passes? You must have valid Theme Park admission and a Disney Park Pass per person, per day for entrance into all the Theme Parks. This is an important step in the planning process so you can make sure you’re getting the best Theme Park days for you and your party during the holiday. If you need to see the availability for any of the Theme Parks during your holiday, check out the Theme Park Reservation calendar.

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you prepare for the World’s Most Magical Celebration. If you have further planning or holiday questions, feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
