tickets. Let’s try to walk through this together.
Let’s look at it through the
Disneyland website to confirm that you don’t already have park
reservations (sometimes Guests realize they have reservations already.)
~ Log in to the
Disneyland website using the account you used to purchase your tickets
~ Go to My Disneyland, Ticket and Reservation Details, View My Park Reservations
~ Scroll down the page and you should see all reservations you currently have for tickets linked to this account. If you see a reservation here, that means you’re all set – you can assume you also have tickets because you cannot have a reservation without a ticket.
~ If you don’t see a reservation, go back a step and on the Tickets and Reservation Details page, you’ll see a Make Park Reservations button. That should allow you to select one or more tickets linked to your account to make reservations for.
Within the
Disneyland mobile app, go to Future Plans. If you have a reservation, you will see it there. Under Tickets and Passes, you should see your tickets.
