my tickets are linked to my account but only show up on 2 of my 4 days

    Hi Laura,

Welcome to planDisney and thank for your question!

I’m glad you’ve already secured your Theme Park tickets for the Walt Disney World Resort. Sounds like you’re having trouble seeing all the days allotted for your tickets. Hakuna Matata, I can help!

From your My Disney Experience mobile app, select the three horizontal lines in the right-hand corner. On the next screen tap, “Tickets and Passes”. From there you should see your Theme Park ticket, how many days are remaining, and how long the ticket is valid. If you still aren’t seeing all four days of your ticket, I suggest you reach out to the Existing Tickets help desk. The Cast Member should be able to confirm your ticket type and double check the number of days on it. Before you call, I would have the confirmation email you received at booking handy so the Cast Member can look up your Theme Park ticket easily.

In the meantime, I suggest you book your Disney Park Pass reservations if you haven’t already done so. This is another important step in your vacation process since the Walt Disney World Resort requires both valid Theme Park tickets and a Disney Park Pass per person, per day for admission into the Theme Parks. If only two days of your ticket are available, you can go ahead and select your reservations for those two days. This would also be a great opportunity for you to check to see if you can make all the reservations for your four days. If you’re able to book four separate Theme Park Reservations, it’s safe to say that all four days of your ticket are in the system. When you go to make your third day, you’d likely get an error message saying you cannot make another reservation if your third and fourth days aren’t in the system.

Through My Disney Experience, the Disney Park Pass reservations, or Existing Tickets help desk, you should be able to double check your Theme Park tickets. You’ll be that much closer to walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A.!

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you prepare for your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you have further planning or vacation questions, feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
