Hello Yusdi!
I'm so glad that you decided to visit us at planDisney with your question! Getting your tickets figured out and added to your account before your trip is a great idea.
Since park reservations are linked to theme park tickets, the tickets should already be in your Disneyland account. On the top of the
Disneyland Resort website, highlight "My Disneyland" and scroll down to "Tickets and Reservations Details." If you don't see your tickets in there, then try adding them back to your Disneyland account by selecting "Link Tickets" under "My Disneyland." To do this, use the Ticket Confirmation Number that you should have received in your email.
Checking and linking tickets can also be done on the
Disneyland Mobile app (which I suggest downloading now if you haven't done so already). On the homepage of the app, select "Tickets and Passes" and then "Link Tickets & Passes". The Disneyland app is like having a personal planner at your fingertips! I use it to look at maps, attractions, and dining locations ahead of time. While there, I appreciate being able to view wait times and mobile order food, like the shortbread Mickey-shaped Cookie at
Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. The cookies are so good that you may want to order two!
If none of these options work, then I recommend contacting "
Tickets" at Disneyland Resort. The Cast Members are incredibly helpful in figuring out specific ticket issues.
Yusdi, thanks again for contacting us at planDisney. I hope you have a magical vacation!
Jen
