Hi there, Kenneth!
Yup! That should work out just fine. By default, the ticket will remain linked primarily to your account and retain the same Guest name. But it will still work out for your other family member to use the ticket instead. If you don’t plan on attending the parks with your family member, it will be best for them to also link the tickets to their account. If you prefer to make changes to the primary account to which the ticket is linked and/or the name attached to the ticket, you may give the Cast Members with the
Tickets phone line a call.
Tony’s Tip: After the tickets have been activated by each ticketholder, Guests may choose to take a screenshot of the ticket code in the
Disneyland mobile app. If desired, annotating that screenshot on the phone’s camera roll can help to remember who is using the ticket. I sometimes see other Guests choose to make the ticket screenshot the lock screen image on their phone. That can sometimes be quicker and easier than opening the app for use during park re-entry or when redeeming a
Lightning Lane return time. But I prefer an even more convenient tool: a
MagicBand+. Plus, there are lots of fun surprises to discover when wearing a MagicBand+, including on attractions such as
Haunted Mansion and
Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!I hope you and your family have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Kenneth.
