I'm sorry you are having trouble booking your
Theme Park Reservations. Hopefully we can try a few tricks to get you all fixed up! If at any time you just want to talk to someone,
give a call to Website Support at (407)939-4357 and they can troubleshoot with you.
My first thought is that your
Theme Park Ticket dates do not match the dates you are trying to make Theme Park Reservations for. Double check the dates of your tickets. If your tickets are dated incorrectly, you can change those dates on your My Disney Experience account. If this is the case, update your ticket dates then try your Theme Park Reservations again.
The opposite might be true, make sure you are trying to get Theme Park Reservations for the correct month. It is easy to select the wrong month or week, so double check your dates.
If you have double checked and all your dates are correct and match, try changing web browsers. I know my computer gets picky, especially if my family is overloading the internet at my house! By changing browsers and logging in fresh, you might have luck.
Hopefully right now you are saying "HOORAY! I'm IN!" If not, give a call to those wonderful Cast Members at Website Services. They can dig in deeper to your issue and hopefully get you fixed up in a jiffy!
