    My tickets are linked to my account but I can't reserve a park day on the app or the website. When I press reserve it asks my login so I put it in and then it sends me back to the main page to press reserve again. Is there another way to reserve days?

    I am happy to hear that you are planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort and I apologize for the difficulty in making your Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations. As a fellow Canadian resident, and Guest, I find success working on the official Walt Disney World Resort website when I switch the country filter from Canada to the United States, I don’t know why, but somehow it works, as does going into incognito mode. If this doesn’t work for you, then the issue might be because of your web browser, in particular, if using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or earlier versions. Please take a look at the recommended Walt Disney World Resort browsers for optimal performance. If you still experience difficulty, Brooklyn, please call Walt Disney World Resort “My Disney Experience” for assistance and resolution.

    Once you have that taken care of you should be able to proceed with securing your Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations. And since you’ll be in your Disney account, you might want to consider adding a new theme park ticket option, called the Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane Entrance, which for a nominal fee per theme park ticket admission day will enable you to select an arrival window from attractions that offer a Lightning Lane Entrance, and there are over 40 of those across all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. Or, you can always add the Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane Entrance during your visit using the My Disney Experience app.

    Brooklyn, I want to tell you about a neat feature in the My Disney Experience app called the Disney MagicMobile Service which enabled me to add my theme park admission to my digital wallet and my Apple Watch, you might want to try that too!
