    I have tickets linked to my account. It appears they expire 9/26/2021. We were hoping to visit 10/02/2021-10/102021. Can I use those tickets or receive credit for them?

    It sounds like you’re planning a visit during a very exciting time! Early October will bring the 50th-anniversary celebration of the Walt Disney World Resort! With so much to celebrate and so many Guests ready to return to the magic, it is sure to be an incredible celebration. 

    Regarding your Theme Park Tickets, that should be a simple fix. Simply contact Disney Existing Tickets via telephone and let them know you’d like to apply the value of your current tickets toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets. This is the first step in the process. Once you have new tickets, you will then be able to link them to your My Disney Experience Account, after which you will be able to make Park Pass Reservations for your group! Early October is sure to be a popular time to visit the Theme Parks for the aforementioned reasons, so I recommend that you check out the Park Pass availability calendar to see if the Theme Park availability will work for you! Of course, availability is also subject to change, so check back often if you do not see your preferred parks available! However, my most recent calendar check showed availability for all parks over all your desired dates! Hooray!
