How many tickets can we link in the Disneyland app. I’m organizing a family reunion with 24 people, and it will be much easier if I can do things like the World of Color virtual queue for the whole group.

Hi there, Sarah. Welcome to planDisney!

When it comes to visiting the Happiest Place on Earth, “the more, the merrier” is a great way to go. I love that you’re planning a family reunion with 24 people to “Celebrate Happy” during Disneyland Resort 70th Anniversary! Do you know who else will be celebrating their 70th anniversary also? The Muppets! And you’ll get to see them during the preshow of World of Color Happiness.

For planning purposes, you can only link up to 10 theme park tickets to your MyDisney account on the Disneyland mobile app. Unfortunately, this means you’ll have to designate a couple other helpers to link the rest of the group’s tickets and coordinate the virtual queue. Whenever my family (just 4 of us, not 24!) attempts to join virtual queues, my 18- and 23-year-olds are often the ones who snag our spots. So I recommend choosing the people in your group with the fastest fingers to join virtual queues!

To link your tickets, log into your MyDisney account on the Disneyland mobile app. On the bottom right corner, tap on the icon with three horizontal lines (☰), then tap "My Tickets & Passes." You’ll then tap on the plus (+) sign at the upper right corner and tap “Link Tickets & Passes”. You can link tickets by using the camera function and scanning the barcode or QR code, tap a MagicBand+, or manually type in each ticket’s ID Number. Once linked, you’ll be able to click on the family members you’d like to include for the virtual queues.

I wish you and your family the most magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth. If you have more trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to stop by planDisney again.

    Sending you pixie dust,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
